I  & my son have suffered from Asthma and allergies for 13 years we have lived in this home. We were taking prescription medicine to treat our symptoms.  After Total Comfort installed our new system I and my son decided to give the new system a test.  We decided to not take our regular prescription medicine for our allergies to see how well the system did what Total Comfort said it would do.  Even we were amazed at our results. Neither my son or I experienced any allergic affects which we were accustomed to, until this spring when I started working outside.  Even then, we found relief inside the home during overnight hours and when we closed up the house to run the climate control system.  We found we were saving about $100 a month alone in reduced prescription allergy medication.  We were also very pleased with the energy savings in our new system.  The installation technicians were very professional, the Comfort Advisor explained the system very well and we found what he said to be true, and our results have proved it.  Overall, our experience with Total Comfort was very positive and we're extremely satisfied with the value we received.

The following letter was written to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

     My purpose in writing to you is to commend a company that does business in your community.  Total Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. was called by us to repair an air conditioning unit (installed by another company) in a newly purchased residence.  Many things continued to go wrong with the unit and then the furnace began to have troubles when the cold weather came.  Finally, Mr. Bart Bosco, the president of Total Comfort, came personally and spent about six hours checking everything out.  He repaired vents and discovered many ways in which we could conserve energy.  Most of his time was spent just improving our energy situation after repairing the furnace.

     Mr. Bosco wanted a satisfied customer and went out of his way to do anything necessary to accomplish that.  The service he and Total Comfort provided was so beyond what we expected and the surprise bonus came when Mr. Bosco would not take any payment for his personal service that day.  Such a business should be commended and the word spread about the community!!
